Description
Does this sound like you?Parenthood is amazing on one hand and so emotionally draining on the other,Despite my best-laid plans to have a day where I stay calm, I end up feeling guilty for getting angry and yelling at the kids again! The kids drive me nuts: war zone at the dinner table, temper tantrums, fighting siblings,Honestly, I am tearing my hair out, trying to get anywhere on time e.g the school run… is a nightmare!I'm constantly repeating myself, yelling & screaming but no one's listening,I feel stressed… I know I am stressed…..I am running around like a headless chicken, spinning so many plates……I'm running on empty!I have been there too, being a parent is the hardest & most rewarding job in the world, we all get it wrong & we all get it right, luckily children are very resilient and don't require perfection. What children do require though is consistently loving, caring parental guidance. So it won't be any surprise to know, that most mums /dads will have these feelings at some point in their parenting journey, you're not alone, know you're not a bad parent and know you're in the right place, right here right now.
