Packed with over 2 hours of video content, this course will guide you through everything a beginner yogi may need to know. This course is also great for any current practicing yoga student wanting to deepen their knowledge of yoga. Over 24+ lessons long, we'll walk through the yoga foundations including sun salutations, strength-building poses, breath work, standing postures, and more! Created by a certified yoga instructor, we focus on alignment in postures and linking our breath to movement. You'll feel energized and more confident, and, hopefully, gain some strength and flexibility along the way.
