This is the second (and rare) album that James Last released with tunes and songs from Russia, after the 1972's Russland Zwischen Tag und Nacht (Russia between day and night). At the first track of LP's 2nd side, the famous Der einsame Hirte (The lonely sheperd) features the romanian panflute virtuoso Gheorghe Zamfir backed by James Last's orchestra. Really wonderful folk music in lossless. Enjoy a rare LP of James Last.
