Learn how to animate in Unreal Engine 5 using Fortnite Characters - with a cast of over 1,200 characters.

In this course you will learn the basics of character animation using Unreal Engine 5 and Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN).  We will dive into very powerful animation tools such as the new 'Audio-to-Animation' feature which will automatically create a realistic facial animation including dialogue with just a sound file.  It will even create different moods such asHappy, Sad, Angry, and Afraid.This tool is part of the MetaHuman Performance asset, which we will later use.

We will also cover how to use the Level Sequencer which is like an editing timeline where we can add characters, animations, sound and effects.   It is here that we will import the facial animation and combine it with a body animation.  You will also learn how to create the dialogue track using a powerful tool called'ElevenLabs,'an AI tool that will generate amazing quality dialogue tracks for you to use inside of Unreal Engine.
