This 2 CD compilation has a number of the greatest adagios Mozart composed, performed by some of the greatest conductors and musicians in the world. Mozart was such a prolific composer of incredibly beautiful music in his short 35 years that one can easily imagine a second 2 CD set of his adagios in this series. The quality of the performances and the sound quality of the recordings on both CDs are outstanding.

As a detour from the type of classical music normally found on entrants to this Adagio series, it is pleasant enough containing many tracks for Tchaikovsky, Strauss and Chopin for Ballet music lovers. Nevertheless, recommended.

Camilla Kerslake is the eponymous debut album from the classical singer who was "discovered" by Take That's Gary Barlow and signed to his very own record label. The album was produced by Mike Hedges (The Priests and Dido) and recorded in Ireland and features her own versions of classic songs including "How Can I Keep From Singing", "Pie Jesu", "Rule The World" and "I Can’t Help Falling In Love" to name a few.

Though this isn't a high rated CD by any means, it still offers decent quality orchestration of the good ole classic Christmas tunes. All the pieces are played by the 101 String Orchestra, they do a reasonable job with the holiday classics.

This CD is very nostalgic and reminds of the vintage/classic Robert Rheims Organ, Chimes & Carols, "CHRISTMAS IN CAROLS" LP album. This Thomas Kinkade "SILENT NIGHT" CD also has organ, chimes and choral, but is updated and sounds more modern than the old Rhymes album.
