On December 14, 2016 Ibrahim Maalouf occurs for nearly 4 hours in Paris in a AccorHotels Arena sold out to celebrate his 10 years of touring. Surrounded by its historical group, a classical orchestra, a choir of nearly 100 children as well as a dozen surprise guests (-M-, Amadou & Mariam, Soprano, Tryo, LEJ, Hiba Tawaji,…) He performed songs from his eight studio albums in front of more of 17 000 people.

Ibrahim Maalouf, born in Beirut and now residing in Paris, is a virtuoso of the quarter-tone trumpet, which enables him to work with the maqam, or system of melodic modes, in traditional Arabic music. He and his carefully selected powerhouse band pay tribute to one of the greatest Arabic divas of all time, Oum Kalthoum.

Ibrahim Maalouf isn’t one of those musicians where if you’ve heard one of their songs, you’ve heard them all. Apparently being the world’s best quarter tone trumpet player wasn’t enough for him, because he is a master composer, arranger, producer and cultural diplomat in addition to being highly versatile as an instrumentalist.

"Au Pays d'Alice…" is a jazz musical inspired by Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Accompanying Ibrahim Maalouf on this adventure is the Malian-born rapper-poet-actor Oxmo Puccino, who narrates the tale. Rich with influences from multiple genres and cultures, the work offers a stunning adaptation of Carroll's story. It features a wide range of musicians including a thirty piece classical orchestra and the children's choir of Radio France. Make no mistake, this recording is a musical event. Maalouf and Puccino take listeners through the looking-glass into a new and exciting sound world.

"Dalida by Ibrahim Maalouf", the new album of Ibrahim Maalouf. For the anniversary of the 30th anniversary of Dalida's death, the Barclay label wished to entrust to Ibrahim Maalouf an original creation around his repertoire. Surrounded by his big band and prestigious guests (Alain Souchon, Ben L'Oncle Soul, Melody Gardot, Monica Bellucci, Izia, Mika, Thomas Dutronc, Rokia Traore, Arno and Golshifteh Farahani), the trumpet player, composer and French-Lebanese arranger went to get the essence of the titles of Dalida that he carefully selected, to rearrange them in his own way, with humility. Ibrahim Maalouf and Angélique Kidjo have announced that their new album Queen Of Sheba will be released June 24. While these two superstars of international music have collaborated before, this is their very first album together. Leave No Traces (Polish: Żeby nie było śladów) is a 2021 Polish drama film directed by Jan P. Matuszyński. It was selected to compete for the Golden Lion at the 78th Venice International Film Festival. It was selected as the Polish entry for the Best International Feature Film at the 94th Academy Awards. The film is based on the book Żeby nie było śladów by Cezary Łazarewicz, which received the Nike Award in 2017.Born in Beirut in 1980, Ibrahim Maalouf is today the most popular instrumentalist on the French music scene.
