Description
This is a concise course that simplifies the creation of a Business Requirements
Document (BRD) for a project in Information Technology. BRD requirements are
sketched and defined in 2 steps: 1) the first step - Part One - identifies the 6 key project
areas for a project that is not IT-related; and 2) the second step - Part Two - describes the
6 key project areas for an IT project.
Colorful graphics animate the text, and quizzes based on real-life scenarios engage
the student in the processes of Business Analysis. A final exercise guides the student
in selecting requirements for his/her first BRD.
The course includes a glossary of IT-related terms.
Who this course is for:
Target students include the beginner Business Analyst (BA) and the professional transitioning into the role of BA.
The course may be especially useful for the student for whom English is a relatively new second language.
