Storyline: A trio of traveling skydivers is invited to stay with an uncle when the show comes to Bridgeport. Mike (Burt Lancaster) is the veteran leader who along with Joe (Gene Hackman) and Malcolm (Scott Wilson) are invited to stay with Malcolm's Uncle Brandon (William Windom). They trio finds relationships to be icy between Brandon and his wife Elizabeth (Deborah Kerr), who has the hots for Mike the second they meet. Joe gets lucky with a topless waitress (Sheree North). Many spectacular scenes of skydiving and the preparation that happens before the jump add excitement to the plodding drama. This marks the first time Kerr and Lancaster have been paired together since the classic From Here To Eternity in 1953
