Aimee Mann (singer-songwriter, guitarist and bassist) performs at Infinity Hall (Norfolk, Connecticut), 30 January, 2012.
Mann’s career stretches back to the 1980s when her new wave band, ‘Til Tuesday, gained popularity on MTV with their hit song “Voices Carry.” She released her first solo album, Whatever, in 1993, and has been going strong ever since. “For ten years I’ve had my own label and released my own records, so it’s been very freeing to not have to worry about pleasing anybody else,” says Mann.Watch the promo >
