Flowing Portraits is Soul Secret's debut album. Recorded and mixed at Orange Bug Studios (Naples, IT) during 2007, it features six original songs clocking in at 50 minutes. The mastering was done by Threshold's guitarist Karl Groom who has produced bands like Threshold, Edenbridge, Dragonforce, Arena, Pendragon. The vocals have been recorded by ex-Mind Key lead singer Mark Basile. The album is a melting pot of prog-rock and metal, passing through heavy guitar riffs, stunning keyboard solos, great instrumental sections, acoustic moments like "Regrets" and symphonic ones like "Tears of Kalliroe", a 17-minutes epic suite featuring an orchestral overture.
