Pink Galina is the first installment of Sarah Oliver. She composes, writes and performs with the participation of his friends always: Babx piano and Roland Topor for text Bloody Mary. Stephen Harrison and Brad Scott on bass, voice Fantazio on Panic, Duportal Nico on guitar, Jo Doherty and Michael Schick saxophones, Relu Merisan dulcimer, Elisabeth Keledjian drums.
She collaborated on the album with Bob Coke, producer and sound engineer Ben Harper, Black Desire, Bashung, Black Crows… Pink Galina is a gem to listen and see. Olivier.O.Oliver drew beautiful china inks for each of the pieces, just before his death.
Sarah navigates between rock, blues, punk, industrial and realistic song. This gives an unique and pretty irresistible sound. And if Sarah Olivier on stage commands respect while taking a cheeky sex appeal, she defends the same values that have always accompanied on this album: femininity, independence and freedom.
