Andre Alvarez-Loskamp is electronic musician from Isselburg, Germany. He was a postman in the past. His first CD “Picture Music” released in 1996 got a lot of attention in the EM scene. Andre plays traditional Berlin School electronic music in the vein of Klaus Schulze and Tangerine Dream. He uses only vintage analogue equipment writing his music. Even Klaus Schulze was impressed by his music and lend him some instruments…
Andre Alvarez died 6th July 2008 from a serious long-time disease. He was buried on 10th July in Isselburg, Germany.
The Night Sessions sadly is his last album.
