On "Head Up High," electro-pop singer-songwriter Oh Land turns a song of emotional support into a jubilant celebration of resilience, peppered with bells, reedy synths and repeated "high up" choruses. The release was recorded in various, non-typical locations. Not unlike her first album "Fauna", Nanna wanted to make an album that took inspiration from the sounds and circumstances that were happening in the moment. Accompanied by her co-producer, her dog, and musical gadgets set up in her Brooklyn apartment, a random home in Lisbon, her home city of Copenhagen, and everywhere in between; Nanna has created a new piece of work that she is excited to present.
