Stage Struck is the third live album by Irish singer/guitarist Rory Gallagher. Released in 1980, it documents his world tour in support of his 1979 album Top Priority. As such it features many songs from that album, but also includes songs from his two albums prior to Top Priority, Calling Card (1976) and Photo-Finish (1978). Originally released with eight tracks, Stage Stuck was augmented with two bonus tracks when reissued in 1999.
It's less blue and more rock than the other two live records, but full of energy……

Some reviews from amazon.com

+ This disc features guitar genius Rory Gallagher at his best, in a typically dynamic set featuring some of his best songs. As always, Rory and the band are in fine form. However, I must concur with the reviewer from East Glenville on one major point. There is only one basic problem with this disc, which is that poor editing has removed Rory's spoken introductions from some tracks, and on "Shadow Play" (one of Rory's best rockers), the song simply fades out, an unsatisfactory ending to a great song. It would be nice to have a restored version of this disc; both Rory and his material deserve it. Notwithstanding that, the performances here are typical of the genius of Rory Gallagher, perhaps the most underrated artist of all time

+ To say I was glad the day I saw this gem remastered, with additional tracks on cd is the understatement of a lifetime.I consider myself lucky to have seen this master play live(I believe he opened for Triumph back in the early 80's,blew them off the stage). The entire set list is great,my favorite tracks being Wayward Child & Follow Me,incredible! The fact that they added Bad Penny and Key Chain only makes the cd that much better.A great remastering sound, heavier than I remember the album being, probably due to me playing my album so much. The only thing better than this would be a DVD of it! This is what Les Paul had in mind when he invented the friggin' guitar!!! Thank You Rory,R.I.P.

+ Beware: There are no slow songs or blues tracks here-it's full throttle all the way. This was recorded during the era where he did not have anyone on keyboards-1979 and 1980. If you like Rory's hard and fast side, this is for you. The 2 bonus tracks "Keychain" and "Follow Me" are great additions. At first I was going to find someone selling the LP on ebay because I collect records. But the bonus tracks made me glad I got the CD.

+ I saw Rory in E. Lansing also, at the State Theatre. He was about 90 minutes late getting on-stage. The crowd was pretty … off, since our buzz was wearing off. Right before he came on-stage, the MC announced the reason for the delay. Someone stole most of his PC equipment. Anyway, Rory and his band came out, and without saying anything about the theft of his equiptment, went right into "Messin With The Kid". For the next 90 minutes we were all on out feet, cheering this tremendous guitarist, singer, and songwriter. This concert is still the best live experience I have had. If you enjoy blues-based rock you must check out Rory Gallagher. We all miss him.
