is the fourth album by singer/songwriter duo Loggins and Messina, released in 1974. This album is a live album. It was released as a double album and featured a side-long version of their hit song "Vahevala". Loggins and Messina are an American rock music duo consisting of Kenny Loggins and Jim Messina. They are noted for popularizing the subgenre of Yacht rock, popularized by Michael Carlson, which soon became prominent in the 1970s. In late 1970 Jim Messina, formerly of Poco and Buffalo Springfield, was working as an independent contract record producer for Columbia Records. It was then that he met Kenny Loggins, a little-known studio artist who had written a few songs of his own. Loggins was working as contract songwriter for the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band.

Having assembled a strong backup band, L&M were at their best in concert,
and this two-LP set catches all of their diverse talents, from the tight,
intricate rockers devised by Messina, to the sensitive ballad skills of
Loggins and the band's ability to stretch out on the sidelong "Vahevala."
