Spirit Seasons: Little Ghost Story (2011)

In the house of an old man terrible things are happening for many years: children's laughter, for no apparent reason various objects drop, and occasionally a ghost of a girl appears.

The old man carefully hides the secret of what is happening and asks you to help him to find a book of spells, which will help him get rid of the ghost.
