Technology and Awakening

In this 6-week online course, founders of the Diamond Approach Hameed Ali (A H Almaas) and Karen Johnson will be your guides on a journey of inquiry and practice exploring how you can integrate technology into your life in a way which supports your inner awakening. The course is comprised of a combination of HD quality video modules and live interactive Q and A sessions, giving you the unique opportunity to work directly with Hameed and Karen.

Module 1:
What does it mean to be truly in contact with ourselves, whilst also being in contact with the world around us? How can we have deeper depth of contact, whilst maintaining our interconnectivity? Ultimately, what does it mean to be in contact with being, and be social. This module will explore these ideas through meditation, teachings and practical exercises. Module will be released on Sunday 1st November.

Module 2:
Your opportunity to join a live webinar with Hameed, where you we will go deeper into the teachings, and you will have the opportunity to have your questions answered, and some participants will get to actually talk with Hameed live on the session. Live session will be at 10am PST on Sunday 8th November, recording available afterwards.

Module 3:
Technology can be a distraction, but it can also be a powerful tool to support and track your inner process. What does it mean to discover your self, your presence and be able to be in touch with it in a way that technology is an extension of that? This module will explore these ideas through meditation, teachings and practical exercises. Module will be released on Sunday 15th November.

Module 4:
Your opportunity to join a live webinar with Karen, where you we will go deeper into the teachings, and you will have the opportunity to have your questions answered, and some participants will get to actually talk with Karen live on the session. Live session will be at 3pm PST on Sunday 22nd November, recording available afterwards.

Module 5:
The whole world is connected through the cybernet. How is this related to how people are connected in an invisible way on an essential level? What about the primordial connection that already exists? How can it help us to know the connection that underlies all manifestation? This module will explore these ideas through meditation, teachings and practical exercises. Module will be released Sunday 29th November.

Module 6:
Your opportunity to join a live webinar with Karen and Hameed, where you we will go deeper into the teachings, and you will have the opportunity to have your questions answered, and some participants will get to actually talk with Hameed and Karen live on the session.
