This is the new Dragon Dao Yin DVD which is an updated edition of our previous DVD release. Now extended to three discs worth of information this DVD contains demonstrations of the various exercises contained within the partner book ‘The Four Dragons – Clearing the Meridians and Awakening the Spine in Nei Gong’ which is published by Singing Dragon.Damo Mitchell and students teach and explain the Dragon Dao Yin exercises, a set of four short sequences designed to work with the subtle energies of the spine and lead pathogenic energies out of the body.
More ‘Yang’ in nature than Qi Gong, Dao Yin focuses on outwards movements and strong internal cleansing. Through practical demonstration and theoretical lecture Damo and his students teach the Dragon Dao Yin spinal exercises.
DVD Contents:
This DVD contains a breakdown of each of the four Dragon Dao Yin sequences performed by Damo Mitchell with explanations by Steve Galloway. Roni Edlund then performs each sequence multiple times from the front and rear.
The second disc contains a class on the Dragons taught by Damo in Thailand. Corrections are given to a group of his students highlighting common errors and technical details.
The third disc contains over an hours worth of theoretical information delivered in a lecture by Damo on Koh Phangan, Thailand in early 2014. This lecture looks at the nature of Dao Yin, the difference between men and women in Nei Gong and how Dao Yin fits into Nei Dan.
