First off be warned that this is a very short book that will take you less than an hour to read. It is part of an installment series. That being said it packed a powerful punch in those few minutes that I spent reading. We meet Elizabeth and Daniel in this book. Elizabeth's past defines her. I honestly found her a bit on the catty side. I didn't relate to her very much, but I did understand her. She has not had good relations with men in her past. She is feisty. The first meeting is like a fight without the gloves. Both of them are throwing word punches. But, they seem to enjoy those punches. Daniel is very persistent. I can't imagine why she would turn him away. Dual point of view. Cliffhanger- yes because it's part of an installment series. But, you won't have to wait long for the next one.
