The Resolution of Callie and Kayden (The Coincidence)

Jessica Sorensen "The Resolution of Callie and Kayden (The Coincidence)"
CreateSpace Independent Publishing Platform | English | September 30, 2014 | ISBN: 1495468410 | 288 pages | azw, epub, lrf, mobi | 3,5 mb

The final book in Callie and Kayden's series is undeniably about finding inner-strength, rediscovering the strength and self-worth once thought to have been completely snuffed out by those terrible things that Callie and Kayden have endured. It's about resilience, about overcoming everything that continues to try to break you; memories, scars, the voices and the fear that linger long after that original source of the pain is gone. Callie and Kayden have found what they desperately needed and deserved in each other, that missing piece that gives them the fortitude to push through their demons, a partner to help them carry the load when their own burden gets too heavy, the perfect counterpart that knows and understands when to ground them and when to push forward when they get stuck in the past. The dynamic between these two characters is a beautiful one. Despite the layers of pain and sadness that may never disappear fully, they somehow still emit such a light together. Jessica Sorensen delivers this conclusion, this resolution, in such a perfect way. I'm so sad to see this particular story line come to an end, but with that end comes such a peace that they've finally found the resolution that has been such a long time coming. This was a perfect farewell for Callie and Kayden, Ms Sorensen.
