This book is one of my all-time favorites. I've been a fan since the first book in this series and it seems they just keep getting better. I really felt like I went on a fantastic journey. Seona is very likable and Keegan, whoa, is incredibly sexy. Strong and honorable and very realistic. The atmosphere in this story made me feel like I was there, or at least watching it as a movie. When the characters were in the alley, I could hear the horse's hooves on the cobblestones, their breaths, I could hear the voices. I feel like I've visited foreign castles. I could see it all very clearly. Ms. Sinclair's obvious love of Scotland comes across like a beauty-blanket over her stories, bringing the landscape and characters to life. Once I started reading, I found myself so engrossed I couldn't stop. This is a book I know I'll read again.
