Born in 1942 in New Orleans, Louisiana, Janice has been involved with ballet, yoga and pilates through study, practice, and instruction for over 65 years. She has gained a reputation for a body conditioning routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength, endurance and coordination without adding muscle bulk. Janice's classes are about improving mental and physical well-being, increasing flexibility and strengthening muscles through controlled movements done as a mat exercise with equipment to tone and strengthen the body.
