This book is a photo book of DC-9s of many different operators. The subtitle of the book is "Airline Markings, Vol. 9", and that is pretty much what you get. This is a worthwhile series if you have particular interest in the markings on a specific airliner type. The book is scant on narrative, dwelling almost exclusively on color photographs of DC-9s in action. This book is recommended to DC-9 fans with the understanding that it really doesn't cover much information textually, but does have loads of great pictures of the classic Douglas twinjet
