Skinny Bitch Fitness: Body

Very curious strength training for the whole body, not for sissies. The program is named as an ulterior motive - its authors were publishers of a series of books about life style Skinny Bitch, which immediately won the weaker half of America.
Program consists of four parts to 15 minutes: news, feet, hands and buttocks. All exercises absolute fusion - here and yoga and Pilates, shaping, and plyometrics, and martial arts, aerobics and classical. Between exercises, no rest, due to what is achieved by aerobic effect, and the muscles are burning with fire. I am glad that the instructors themselves have not easy.
By the way, the girls in the new fitness video, which can be seen immediately. And if part of the press due to their usual place on the cheer, the rest of the lessons almost no comment, and choreographed movement very difficult, changing rapidly. Error is much rougher - is the lack of commentary on technology and security, so that training is not for beginners. Perhaps, with the third and fourth times that program will conquer, and the silence of these mountain instructors will cease to strain, but first a few times now and then probably have to put video on pause to learn a bundle. Especially angered some rest. But they are funny joke
Ends with a five-minute program meditation, how hard and how important it is to find time for yourself and just relax.
In general, if not comment (or rather lack thereof), training is very good and efficient. Try it is clear, what will replace the already rather bored girls ENVY, the more so because this exercise can be just as divided by 4.
Choreographed in this program made Patrick Goudeau, a prominent figure in the western fitness industry, and the indelible imprint - from the training distance smacks of professionalism. Also a huge plus in that it requires no equipment except a comfortable sports clothing, even shoes are not necessary. But it is a pity that such a promising program is unsuccessful performance.
