An exceptionally well-planned program that features weight training, core work and balance routines. Each progression is carefully sequenced to assure proper form and maximize results. You’ll always start with the base movements, then layer in the modifications after you’ve mastered the underlying technique (e.g. a simple squat morphs into a squat-with-core-rotation). The variations include equipment shifts, body-position options and tempo changes (e.g. near cardio-speed “double times”). Most exercises work multiple muscle groups at once.
Requires A 1 to 5 lb. weighted ball, 3 to 5 lb. dumbbells and a step.
