As it turned out many low carb dieters have been missing more than a decent slice of low carb bread. We needed crackers for cheeses and dips. Hot rolls to accompany soups and stews. A quick pizza dinner and calzones. Stuffing for our Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter dinners. Better buns and even banana bread!
