Awaken Healing Light: Guide Standing Meditation Guided Standing Meditation is a full one-hour standing meditation, in which you orbit the healing light (your life force energy, or "Chi") up your spine and down the front of your body through specific energy pathways. It is considered to be the foundation of all higher Taoist meditations and practices. About the Actor

Master Mantak Chia is Chinese, born in Thailand. He is the direct successor to the teachings of Master Yi Eng, the Taoist White Cloud Hermit. Master Chia has openly brought these teachings to the West, instructing thousands of students a year in the U.S. and Europe. For this work he was named Chi Kung Teacher of the Year at the first International Congress of Chinese Medicine and Chi Kung.
