Why doing these exercises is better then, let’s say, getting a hand massage? Well, the difference is the same as in a situation when you decide to get slim and more fit. Are you going to go and lie down on a massage table for 2 hours, or are you going to go to the gym and do some jogging? Active conscious therapy is a lot more effective then the passive one.
