Visio is a diagramming and vector graphics software application. It is developed to mainstream business diagramming solutions. Visio began by Shapeware Corporation at Seattle in 1992 and integrated into Microsoft Office in 2000.

Visio 2016 contains over 4,000 shapes in 173 Stencils related to74 kinds of templates in 8 categories (Business, Engineering, Flowchart, General, Maps and Floor Plans, Network, Schedule, Software and Database). Yet there is few samples on it. So it is hard to understand Visio’s applied method other than readers’ profession. As a result, the majority of Visio users always drew quite simple flowchart in spite of the powerful function.

This book come with the needs for solve the defect by learning drawing through abundant concrete samples. Briefly speaking, there are three chapters in theis book:
Chapter1: Template Samples
Chapter 1 provides more than 220 practical samples for each of 74 Templates of Visio. Reader can easily learned the drawing methodology of all these Templates.

Chapter2: Combination Samples
Chapter 2 provides about 40 Samples of Combination application. There are 2 kinds of samples in this chapter:
1. Posters: To make commercial posters, various image files (Photos, map, multimedia drawings etc.) are inserted into the diagram. Microsoft Office Online Clip Art images are mainly used.
2. Document: Business documents made by combination of chapter 1’s samples.

Chapter3 : Additional Stencil
Chapter 3 presents six kind of additional stencils for teaching. Through these stencils you can draw a distinguishing diagram further more. Reader can easily learn the skill to create appropriate stencils and shapes of your own.

All the 250 samples presented in this book are ready for download if need. Reader can exercise these samples files and learn Visio by a simulation ways.
